What is Deskrawl?
Deskrawl: Idle ARPG is a loot-driven idle action RPG by First Day Games that runs in a strip at the bottom of your desktop. It released on Steam on September 28, 2026.
How many classes are there?
Four: Warrior, Sorcerer, Hunter and Monk. Each has its own talent tree, four basic attacks, four strong attacks and six specials.
Is Deskrawl free?
No. It costs $6.99 on Steam, $4.89 during the 30% launch discount. There is one optional DLC, the $1.99 Supporter Pack.
What is the max level?
Level 70.
Does Deskrawl have trading?
Yes, through the Steam Community Market, for online characters only. See the market page for prices and how to unlock it.
How do I get minions?
Use a rein dropped by an enemy or boss. Your summoned minion pulls the loot carriage and gives a passive bonus or ability.
What platforms is Deskrawl on?
Windows PC through Steam. There is no Mac, Linux or console version. Players run it on Steam Deck and Linux through Proton.
What languages does Deskrawl support?
Thirteen: English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai and Turkish.
Is there a Deskrawl Discord?
Yes. The official invite is linked from the Steam store page; it is on our links page.
Can I play offline?
Yes, with an offline character. Offline characters cannot use the leaderboard or the market.
Does the game keep running when I am away?
It runs as long as it is open, with auto revive and carriage automation. Players also report a Life Skill that lets a character keep earning while offline.
Does Deskrawl have controller support?
No. Steam lists a mouse-only option.
Can I hide the game quickly?
Yes. The boss key, Alt + B by default, hides it. You can rebind it in settings.
Who makes Deskrawl?
First Day Games, a two-person studio. Deskrawl is their second game. Gamersky Games is listed as co-publisher.
